On Monday morning, I woke up…

…and felt like I’d slept badly. I got up, made brunch and took care of the chores, but something felt off.

Tuesday I could barely move. My back was killing me and I couldn’t straighten up without pain. Before making a doctor appt, I decide to try some other things, like soaking in a bath with epsom salts, and then using a heating pad. Towards evening I was feeling a bit better.

This morning I got up…no pain.
At all. Was that all there was to it ?

I still have my appt for next week, so I’m keeping it. I don’t want this happening again anytime soon.

Is it possible you tightened that part up without knowing it during the day? That happened to me(while drumming) and I was rewarded the next morning with incessant lower back spasms. Good times.

Now I am very conscious of how I move during the day.
