I have just turned 70 this month. I don't feel any older than when I was in my 60s.
Matt85 · 36-40, M
happy birthday :)
tiltawhirl · 36-40, F

Good that it is not bothering you; having things you can't control take up your worry, etc., is not healthy.
Mudkip · 31-35, M
Been there in my 20s lol

36 is still about 35. Once turn 38-39 that’s when the feeling of dreaded middle age consumes you.
boudinMan · 61-69, M
OMG you're ancient! lol
oldercanuck1 · 70-79, M
age just a number ,,, it is how you feel that matters
BiasForAction · M
@oldercanuck1 that's what worries me!
oldercanuck1 · 70-79, M
@BiasForAction i know what you mean , i have had some bad feeling since getting old ,, lol

By the time you get to your 60 you don't even think of your age

@tiltawhirl 🤷♂if you have got good health fit and well what does age really matter 😆
Nick1 · 61-69, M
It’s just a number.
HotPizza71 · 51-55, M
My next group "Upgrade" will be the 55-60 age range 😳🙄
StevetheSleeve · 31-35, M
I’ll feel obligated to act wise and mature when I hit that age range. Damnit
Punches · 46-50, F
@StevetheSleeve Growing old is mandatory. Growing UP is optional.
Besides, Just my personal observation and belief here but - I think the height of maturity happens in our late 30's. After that, it declines. So yeah once you hit 40, you don't have to act mature anymore.

AARP kept lowering the age of membership so when I was eligible I thought “oh shit I’m old” . Now Im just happy I’m not as old as so many of my idols
Punches · 46-50, F
@BiasForAction I been getting stuff to join AARP since I was like 27.
Like what the heck was that about?
