Aging sucks

Especially as a girl, why do we have a shorter life span when it comes to youth and looks. There so much pressure to remain youthful and attractive especially where I live. It’s not fair that once women hit 30 we are told we hit the “wall” and we are invisible and are longer seen as options for men. Its scary aging and I wish I could stop it now. I feel like men have until at least early 50s to find a partner and are still seen as attractive in society maybe not youthful but still valid in that aspect.

Ignore it, it’s all bullshit anyway.
be happy to be alive, many don’t reach their 30’s. 🥰✨

The trick is to ignore all that media b/s.

Think about it. Men don't have endless magazines telling them how they should look. Or what they should think.

Men don't take any notice of expensive ad campaigns for what they should look like or smell like or 'appear' to be.

How many cosmetic companies push their crap to women telling them this will give you the edge.... it's all rubbish don't have a bar of it.

Celebrate your difference !
Keep your own hair colour !
Smile at your lines and wrinkles !
Age gracefully !
Nothing sexier than a woman content in how she looks trust me

@Picklebobble2 Exactly! Lots of women find new partners, start businesses or go back to full-time education after 50. 👏👏
@Picklebobble2 Stop 'splaining, those magazines are a patriarchal invention to influence feminine insecurity.

I love mature women (and always have) and many guys do. You’re listening to immature guys or jealous women.

I don't know where you live - but in England 30 is still relatively young. According to research, women don't reach their sexual peak until about 28 (males about 16) so I wouldn't be overly concerned. I turned 70 in July (in my head I'm still around 25) and I can assure you my libido is still as strong is ever. As somebody once said "You can't measure age in years!"

I used to believe that but the age was 35 when i felt like that. My appearance on photos is definitely declining.

Stop listening to all the crap... really, it's all pure BS and women are never too old. Never.

I agree. It's way too much pressure for women to remain looking young. You're expected to start getting Botox in your early 30's, and facelift in your 40's. Yes, we become invisible. I didn't notice it until a few years ago though, and I am 59 now. But I have completely given up on men and am enjoying being completely alone. The pressure is gone now and I love it.

Pffft! You just concentrate on you . If you have a descent level of fitness/ healthy life style , you’ll be fine .
I think many women still look beautiful much later in life. It's not over at 30. It's only just beginning.

There is an old saying that I think is relevant: It's not what you've got that matters, it's what you do with it!

Anyway the only thing that really matters when it comes to age and women is the degree of risk associated with child birth. If you want children having them before you are forty is generally better. Apart from that age is just a number.

I honestly stopped giving a damn about who finds me attractive, probably about a year or two ago. It's too hard to just basically survive in this world without worrying about that B.S. too. Dudes will gladly f*ck socks... I'm not too worried about what they find attractive. 🧦
