Seems another kidney stone is passing
It’s starting to really hurt 😢 I wish this would pass already. The first time it took 6 hours and the second I vomited after about 20 minutes and the pain went away. God this is terrible.

I'm sorry. I've heard that pain is the worst. Never had it myself. I have a recurring muscle spasm in one of my glutes. I think it would be preventable if I would be more faithful with the exercises I learned in physical therapy. When I bent down earlier today, the spasm came back, BAM. It's not at the peak now but it's not gone, either. I have a lot of work I need to get done and I have a hard deadline for getting it done. The pain was 9 out of 10 when it came. I never say 10 out of 10 because I feel things could always be worse and I need to save 10 for then! Trying to get my husband to help me with the things he's capable of doing so I can focus on the rest.

@Poppies Of course: Here's the idea. So you have a pain and you get it under control.... then you begin to notice that you have other pains that the bigger pain was masking. So: conversely if you have a pain (in the ass) Get yourself another and you can ignore the intitial one.

The closest we males will ever get to the pain of childbirth, they say. They are excruciating.
Have you been able to capture one, have it analyzed, identify the cause? Frequently it is related to diet, primarily too much protein and insufficient fiber leading to uric acid build-up and a form of gout. In my case it was specifically linked to "offal" meats. I reduced my consumption of them and haven't had a stone in decades.

Last 2 I had I used squeezed lemon juice in water(1 lemon in one bottle) and when I had no lemons, I used it from a bottle. Fastest I got through kidney stones.

Kidney stones SUUUUUUCCCKKK. I’m sorry you’re going through this. I had to have mine surgically removed. Just keep an eye on the vomiting so you don’t become dehydrated, and be careful of infection
