Take rest and recover well. One of my friend who is orthopedic surgeon used to say that there are certain things they consider “ no men’s land” , meaning you can’t do nothing except give it time to heal and recover. This looks like one of those situations.
Wish you a total timely recovery.

@Nick1 aw thank you for the mind words..hoping it is just inflamed or something..i sure would like to go on a simple walk!!

@foldedunfolding If it is just inflammation, then ice pack should help you reduce pain. Please take it easy on your knees. Let them heal and recover.

Take your time. Don’t rush things.

When I damaged my foot at the gym two years ago, it took six months to heal! But it did.

No gym now, but back running.

@peterlee omg im so sorry..those fixed motion reps, man..i did some heavy leg extensions a few weeks back, but it would have taken 2 weeks to cause an issue??? so random

Can you take Advil to help with the pain.

Take care baby momma. 🥺

@Degbeme thank you BD..i have been doing that if it gets super bad..also have a massager that i can use with heat as well..and icy hot lotion has been my friend

Ice is no longer recommended for these types of things because it slows healing. Also very few injuries heal from full rest. A physiotherapist would recommend a progression of strengthening movements to get it back stronger. They would also figure out the root cause which is almost always up or down the chain from the pain point. Mansplaining done.

@Offthetop aw man 🥺
I'm sorry to hear that, and hoping you'll recover quicker than expected.
@foldedunfolding A cane may take some of the pressure off the knee and could possibly speed the recovery.

@onrealityofdreams it's just humiliating bc im a big girl and will just look even more obese to people 😔
@foldedunfolding As you have probably already considered the people who are more concerned about your size are the same people who won't help you. They are not worth your time. Your health and mobility are more important than their judgements.
🥺 did you go doctor like i mentioned?
@foldedunfolding and, you waited awhile to tell me
🙃
