laying in bed on a friday night icing my knee..from what I can gather, I have "patellar tendonitis", and a more mild case takes 6-8 weeks to heal 😫😭

@onrealityofdreams tysm..it was so weird bc i just randomly woke up with it this past sunday! bestie thinks i need to get a cane but i refuse sigh
@foldedunfolding A cane may take some of the pressure off the knee and could possibly speed the recovery.

@foldedunfolding As you have probably already considered the people who are more concerned about your size are the same people who won't help you. They are not worth your time. Your health and mobility are more important than their judgements.
