What sort of things do you do to improve your mental health...... and what do you do to improve your physical health ??

I try to eat eggs for tryptophan,
take vitamin D supplements in winter,
Take magnesium and valeriana extract pill if anxiety gets bad,
go out for walks in the woods

For physical I take probiotics and consciously try to keep the right posture when walking. I had physiotherapy sessions in May.

I try to learn new things, and connect with people with similar interests to keep my brain active and give me some sense of purpose now that I'm not working anymore. In addition, I swim, cycle and walk which helps me both physically and mentally.
I read non stop improvement and self help, I will go to therapy finally end of this month. I already have the referral.
Physically, yoga, but lately only focus on protein full foods

Physically: idk. I don't binge eat anymore?
Listen to classical music.
Play classical music.
Get ppl to laugh.
Help someone.

Physically I exercise as close to everyday as I can, swim, walk.

I engage in activities that cause my body to release endorphins, do lots of physical activity, and vent my rage constructively ( kick boxing)
