What sort of things do you do to improve your mental health...... and what do you do to improve your physical health ??

I try to eat eggs for tryptophan,
take vitamin D supplements in winter,
Take magnesium and valeriana extract pill if anxiety gets bad,
go out for walks in the woods

For physical I take probiotics and consciously try to keep the right posture when walking. I had physiotherapy sessions in May.
