Saffron relaxes smooth muscles. That's one reason why it is added to food...it relaxes the stomach and intestines to make less painful gas and such when eating. It's the golden yellow "powder" on some middle eastern and persian foods.

Actual studies confirm cranberry seems to coat the lining of the urinary tract to reduce the incidence of UTI's. Granted, it doesn't solve everything, but may help a bit. Anything red to deep purple in color are high in antioxidants...so there's that.

Lion's Mane, and other mushrooms, show promise in many areas.

It depends on your needs..
L-theanine is an extract of green tea, and it's good if you want a relaxing effect on the body. There is valeriana too for the same effect.
L-thyrosine can be helpful for people who have chronic fatigue, and need to boost their hormones, thyroid function and improve the mood too.
Lione's mane pills are one of the very best when it comes to improving cognition, as it activates more blood flow in the brain and stimulates the neurogenesis (the formation of new brain-cells). That's perfect if you have some brain fog or in a period of exams for example.

There are other interesting supplements too, like magnesium (involved in 300 chemical reactions in the body), vitamin D3, the vitamin B complex group, Omega 3, Creatine.
The point is to just take what is needed, to avoid deficiencies and at the same time avoid overdoses. When in doubt, just ask your doctor.
I use lion's mane daily and it has improved my focus a lot.

@Royricky09 i see 🤔
@Emiley97 don't fall for everything you see in reels these days.

Just FYI Saffron is quite warm in nature. Careful with it, provided you manage to get the genuine. It's way too costly.
What benefits are you looking for?
