Self-care is so important especially as we get older. The photo included is irrelevant. You do not need validation here from strangers. And your friends already know you. You have venous insufficiency in your legs? May be related to your job. Have you tried support stockings? I wore them for work at times. They are tight, but man do they work! Hope they help you find a solution.
@PoetryNEmotion I had a blood clot back in the fall of 2022. Just checking because I have spider veins that are visible so my doctor wanted to be careful that I didn’t have a clot and to see if I needed treatment. No clot and my veins are good.
The pain and swelling it just from the psoriatic arthritis I have. I wear compression stocking and hate them 😂. I don’t work anymore because I have too many health issues unfortunately but when I did it was in health care admin.
