no i was meant to get back surgery about 10 years ago. I badly injured my spine while at my job at the time and two discs were basically messed up and it was bone grinding up against bone.
Incredibly painful and there were a lot of times i could do nothing but lay very still on the ground.
It was a bit after where i decided to try swimming to help with the pain and that led into doing weights and working out 5 days a week. it took a while but eventually my back started feeling great and i have felt no need at all to get the surgery done

Yeah dental and a couple hospital surgeries since September.

Last one was about five years ago. I needed a titanium plate in my left wrist to fix a break.
