How do you deal with a cold?

Massive dose of vitamin C and sleep

Plenty of rest is the way to go

I thought I was going down with a bad one last weekend. I went for a swim in the sea and a run on the beach . . not what I really felt like doing, but it made me focus so hard on not drowning or getting hypothermia that I quite forgot about my sniffles 🙂

Lots of liquids and rest. Maybe some lemsip tea. That's all I do.

ZINC sore throat lozenges first...they are a mild dose of zinc. That usually lessens the duration. THEN cold and flu medication. I used to take thera flu because it was so strong.

Depends I hardly get sick and if I do I recover the same day but if it's a rare one, soup, some dayquil or anything similar, lots lots of water.

Hot lemon water and tea. Lots of fluids. Food only if you are hungry.
