I feel like I've had it for about 3 weeks, it goes away slightly then keeps coming back

Sounds like something a little more serious then a simple cold though, if it last that long.
Get it checked out.

@Teslin I don't want to go to the dr and be like 'I've got a cold' 🤷‍♀️ There's famously no 'cure' haha.
I am resting, sleeping plenty, having so much water I basically feel like a water bed 🫠
