Would you suggest any activities for me?

I'm working remotely for 3 years now. I gained 20kg, having joint pains, and feeling burnout time to time.

Walking is what is easiest for me, it doesnt even have to be "power" walking that & theres those excercise bikes, mine went tk storage because of space issues but you can get really small ones for like "under" a desk. When you watching tv ect.

I'm thinking about doing jump rope 45 minutes in the morning, 45 at night & slowly working in resistance & weight training.

For me its become more complicated because of my own issues but for almost everyone if you stop eating as much youll lose weight either way, with or without working out, but looking toned looks better than just skinny im my opinion

Try and organise your day.
Make time for a good brisk walk. That's good exercise for body and mind.
Do one brief scan of the news AM and PM
Write postcards; letters and e-mails to those you cherish and let them know that.
Keep a diary/log/vlog/ of what's going on with you and how you feel about it. But don't labor the bits that that make you unhappy because you can labor a point for too long and make yourself miserable
Long walks every day
That’s what one done since pandemic year 1

I'll do the opposite of what you asked and tell you what not to do- don't do anything that adds extra stress to your muscles and joints until you have lost some weight; none of running, jogging, skipping, circuit training, anything else explosive until you are down to no more than 10% over your recommended max body weight.

For me, it's swimming. Stretches the body, builds muscle, keeps lungs healthy. And it's the water.

Get a fit bit. It will beep when you need to get up off your rear end and move a little bit. At my office at Verizon we used to walk the halls at a very fast pace during half of our lunch hour.
