Definitely something stronger like ibuprofen, which is additionally an anti-inflammatory. Like someone else mentioned, ice on the back of your neck sometimes helps. Caffeine sometimes helps

[c=BF0080]Sometimes a combo of a high dose of Tylenol and Motrin tajes the edge off mine- I get them daily. If you do though, don鈥檛 go over either of their daily limits. The best thing that helps mine is to put ice packs on for hours. [/c]

Feet in hot water, ice pack on the back of your neck. Something about the blood vessels dilating, but it can work.
I always take tylenol for it. Not much else. Dehydration and lights affect it more.
