Anyone know any tricks for migraines?

Definitely something stronger like ibuprofen, which is additionally an anti-inflammatory. Like someone else mentioned, ice on the back of your neck sometimes helps. Caffeine sometimes helps

Feet in hot water, ice pack on the back of your neck. Something about the blood vessels dilating, but it can work.

I always take tylenol for it. Not much else. Dehydration and lights affect it more.

Excedrin, darkness, lots of ice, quiet...hours is normal, hope it doesnt go for days.

If you have known migraines don't you have medication prescribed by your physician?

Something stronger than Aspirin. Ibuprofen.

Lie down in a quiet dark room.

Something much better than Tylenol/aspirin

No lights. Ice. Quiet.

Ibuprofen at least or excedrin migraine.

Benadryl tablets help me.
