Anyone know any tricks for migraines?

My heads been killing me for hours now! 😭😫 Aspirin hasn’t helped either.

[i][c=BF0080]Sometimes a combo of a high dose of Tylenol and Motrin tajes the edge off mine- I get them daily. If you do though, don’t go over either of their daily limits. The best thing that helps mine is to put ice packs on for hours. [/c][/i]
