I cut my own hair during lockdown. I have really thick, long naturally curly hair so it didn't look too bad. I bought it forward over my head and into a ponytail, then cut it to jaw length, you end up with layers. Much rather spend money on a proper hair cut though and economise on other things.

I used to have hair past my shoulders…trust me, it’s not that simple to get a decent cut, and I’m not even that picky about it.

A good haircut makes a big difference. Its nuts how much it costs nowadays for a haircut. Blame government regulations regarding business practice and crazy high rents.
