Workout gurus?

Got any motivation tips to keep a consistent work out schedule? I've been brainstorming and I'm coming up empty

Work out when you feel less tired throughout the day , if you’re not a morning person don’t work out in the morning. If you sleep early don’t go to the gym at 9 pm. Know your body time. Also don’t feel bad for skipping gym sometimes, it’s ok, don’t feel like a failure , even if you fail to go once or twice, it’s alright. What matters is always trying even if it’s twice a month. As you get stronger you’ll naturally have more motivation and energy and you’ll feel weird when you don’t work out. That’s my experience

I'm not a workout guru, but I've learned through trial and error that it helps to do quick, simple, effective light workouts. Light workouts that you can do anywhere, any time and don't take up a lot of space and time. Do enough to break a little sweat. This way you'll be able to keep a schedule and stay fit. Do the heavy workouts when you can. You won't feel like you're cheating yourself or anything if you can't always do the heavy workouts.

Hi you
Long time no see
How have you been?🤗

For me personally routine is the most important thing
Doing it consistently and working your schedule around it
Like say for example you usually shower in the morning but now you go to the gym in the morning and shower after so now it’s part of your routine and you tie it in with your shower you were already going to take

Stop brainstorming, for one thing, and avoid seeing the exercises as something you must do in rigid way at rigid times. That only turns what should be enjoyable, into a chore.

Remember that physical fitness can be achieved in more, and often more enjoyable, ways than just doing the rounds of a gym; though I realise gym-classes can be sociable too.

Motivation comes from consistently doing something. It doesnt start at the beginning. You gotta just grit your teeth, stop making excuses and go.
