I was perverse but not a creep. In other words, I kept my thought to myself and didn't bother other people. And it was well past teenage years too.

@Matt85 i think you're describing post nut clarity or postcoital dysphoria. Whether it was physical or social for you, I don't know. Physically the drop in hormones after an orgasm can evoke a sense of sadness or shame. Especially at a period where your hormones are already all over the place.
It's also normal to be attracted to and by unconventional things/situations and then feel a sense of shame following it. As long as everything was consensual and clearly communicated with your partner, you don't need to explain yourself to anyone else. If it wasn't or was outside the boundaries of a sexual partner, that's an entirely different conversation.
