It's a high level managerial trick, because you are supposed to know so much about so many people it's impossible to remember. I don't think it's too much to try to remember someone's birthday, and attach a note. Or remember that they absolutely despise the thumbs-up emoji...🤣🤣🤣

I make notes on my refrigerator only about grocery and things to do that week. Thanks
