What do all of you nice, kind, never say anything bad, positive internet people do to alleviate YOUR hostilities? Everyone has hostilities.

I stay calm which annoys the hell out of the aggravaters and I decompress to music..

I’m not an aggressive person, I’m more inclined to take the pee and laugh 🤭

I think a lot of it is from the way I was raised - in a tranquil, loving and forgiving home. I learned it was better to tell people with kindness instead of anger why I was upset and to always put myself in the other person’s shoes to try to understand their side of the situation.

I also choose to be more positive in all situations as it helps me have a better day and I think it helps other people too.

I have five kids I have to show up for on daily basis so I’m going to put a smile on my face and have a positive mindset before I get out of bed every single day. I learned from when they were young that I’m the one who is going to set the stage for how things go every morning so I want things off to a good start for my family.

Stop and consider what effect your actions or words might have. You never know what other people are going through.
Getting older certainly helps though, I can't profess to having always been considerate of other people's feelings, and I must carry that around with me.
If you have to react, then make it a positive reaction. Go for a run. Take it out on a punch bag. Whatever doesn't impact on others.
