@Marcofor It's the no explanation part. I've made minor infractions of the law, non-arrestable offenses such as speeding. Even with that, I've had a clean record for over a decade.

They say there are so many laws on the books everybody has broken a law without knowing it, so there's that.

If I get arrested for no obvious reason it will be due to some dumb law or it was justified. I believe that's how my family would see it because they see me as a person who doesn't get in trouble.
