My family fought against fascists. My grandfather killed fascists in the mountains, in 1944 and 1945. If I were arrested without explanation (= abducted at gunpoint), my family would assume the time has come to dig out the guns again.
@helenS ...well, considering it seems the citizens of many "free" nations seem to have forgotten that we fought a world war about this...and WON it...only to sit by and watch is re-emerge...well, you might be right.
