If you were arrested with no explanation, what would your friends and family assume you had done?

Because I asserted my 1st,4th,and 5th amendment rights in the face of tyrannical police officers who did not know the law(s) they were trying to enforce,and failed to understand that I have constitutional rights even while in police custody.
