I always drank tap water when I lived in a big city, and the water was known for its great taste, and purity.

Then I moved to a small town in Pennsylvania. The water is so chlorinated, that the smell will force you to drink bottled water.

Madgirl · 26-30, F
if you live in a civilized country of course you drink tap water... if you live in a country that doesnt give a shit about its citizens like the usa i would be careful
pdockal · 56-60, M
@Madgirl OMFG ..... you have no idea who i am or what part of the USA i live in

NYC water comes from upstate NY
Madgirl · 26-30, F
@pdockal thats why i said i was gonna bet... its entirely possible i loose that bet. but now seeing how you cant even grasp that concept i understand your attitude. you are just a simple minded redneck... even if you live in new york
pdockal · 56-60, M
@Madgirl

Your clueless about people
I feel sorry for you and your judgemental attitude
You throw what you think are insults for what purpose ... because you have nothing productive to say ... unless you have expertise and experience you should keep your fucking mouth shut
BlueVeins · 22-25
I almost always stick to tap. If the local water is unclean, I filter it.

In the country I'm in right now bottled. Back home tap water.
Fairydust · F
I drink fizzy water.
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@Fairydust it is good for my digestion, at times.
Fairydust · F
@samueltyler2

I drink normal water too but love it with a slice of lemon and ice. 🥰

I bought a berkey water filter recently.
AnneHoney · 36-40, F
Straight from the hose[image]
Both. There is no need to bottle flat water here, but sometimes I want bubbles.
@NerdyPotato But... that's nasty!!! 🤢🤢🤢
@HootyTheNightOwl no, it tastes much better than flat water.
@NerdyPotato No... it tastes vile...
HannibalAteMeOut · 22-25, F
Tap water is fine where I live without filter or anything but even in places where I'm not supposed to drink it I still do tbh 😅 I won't stay thirsty waiting for some bottled water.
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@HannibalAteMeOut the water in my town is safe, but has a taste I don't like. I filter it through a charcoal filter and it is fine.
DiegoWolfe · 36-40
Any moron who thinks bottled water isnt just tap water with more steps is a fucking eejit
Aidan · 26-30
@DiegoWolfe I don’t think people think it’s not tap water but it is filtered tap water and at least it doesn’t taste like pool water like the water in my apartment. It’s really gross.
DearAmbellina2113 · 41-45, F
Bottled. AZ doesn't have great water on tap.
jackson55 · M
@DearAmbellina2113 Depends on where you are.
Henal · 26-30, F
When I’m home, both. If I’m in another country, bottled.
helenS · 36-40, F
Neither nor, because I have a spring of freshwater right behind my house 👍
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@helenS even boiling doesn't clear some organisms, but, you need a rolling boil for 5 minutes. In reality, you need to heat under pressure, or filter to remove some organisms, but that actually works against clearing toxins, since the concentration might actually increase in the case of metals.
helenS · 36-40, F
@samueltyler2 I have been drinking from that source for over 30 years 🤨
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@helenS i don't want to frighten you, but you may have been exposed to something for all those years, the effects could be delayed for decades. for example, lead and arsenic are ubiquitous in nature, and can build up over time, leading to various illness as you age, you are still a very young woman.
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
Brita or from the fridge which is filtered and in both cases it goes through a filter between the well and the house pipes.
Jonjdw · 46-50, M
I drink a bottle in the morning then refill it withe water cooler at work then soda rest of the day.
WonderGirl · 36-40
Tap water. My house has a water filtration system.
SW-User
No, not bad. We use tap for cooking, etc.
Jeephikelove · 46-50, F
Bottled our tap water is gross here
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
Filtered water from the tap.
calicuz · 51-55, M
Bottled, at home and at work.
anoderod55 · 61-69, M

I don't like the tap water where I live so I have a water cooler and have 5 gallon bottles delivered m
Aidan · 26-30
@SW-User is that expensive?
itsok · 31-35, F
At home, filtered if I’m able, bottled if not.
itsok · 31-35, F
@Aidan Berkey
Aidan · 26-30
@itsok I’ve wanted one but they’re really expensive. My tap water taste like pool water and Brita doesn’t do anything.
itsok · 31-35, F
My tap water also tastes like pool water or fishy and sometimes smells. It’s not safe for sensitive groups. The berkey gets rid of the taste @Aidan
dale74 · M
There are towns where the water doesn’t taste good like Columbia MO
Aidan · 26-30
@dale74 I don’t like the water where I’m at either.
smiler2012 · 56-60
{@aidan] do not drink water often but i like water lovely and cool
pdockal · 56-60, M
Aidan · 26-30

@Like2play In some places it taste really gross
Bartleby · 51-55, M
Tap. It’s good where I live.
One from a pottery. Hope, redeemed.
robb65 · 56-60, M
Aidan · 26-30
@robb65 so you don’t drink water?
robb65 · 56-60, M
@Aidan Only Tequila.

I'm joking, only well water I carry from a well at an old abandoned house.

Tap water has Chlorine and I can't stand the taste of bottled water.
OverTheHill · 56-60, M
