Do you drink tap water or bottled water?

@helenS If you use it for drinking, you really should have it checked periodically for toxins and organisms.

@samueltyler2 Actually it's safe to drink but I usually bring it to the boil before drinking it.

@helenS even boiling doesn't clear some organisms, but, you need a rolling boil for 5 minutes. In reality, you need to heat under pressure, or filter to remove some organisms, but that actually works against clearing toxins, since the concentration might actually increase in the case of metals.

@helenS i don't want to frighten you, but you may have been exposed to something for all those years, the effects could be delayed for decades. for example, lead and arsenic are ubiquitous in nature, and can build up over time, leading to various illness as you age, you are still a very young woman.
