yes there are people who do bad things on purpose.. and there are people who do bad things by mistake, through carelessness. there are all sorts of bad things and all sorts of people doing them.

Hurt people hurt people. There’s usually a reason, or an understandable origin for something irrational, but that doesn’t mean they couldn’t have made a different decision if they wanted to
SW-User
I like the question and i think maybe it starts off because they were hurt and it can be just accidental bad things, but there's a point where they all get to decide to continue and be bad on purpose or change.
SW-User
Chances are they were hurt too, but more often than not is no excuse.

@FoleysFollies You judge these things according to how things happen over a course of time, along with any info relevant to it, many are just faulty folk trying their not so best, one in a hundred or more you'll come across a stone cold sociopath, be silent towards them and observe.
FoleysFollies · 51-55, F
@SW-User sociopath is something I have thought of and its kind of scary coming from a my best interest sort of perspective...and observing I try pretty hard but the being silent part comes hard if that makes sense

@FoleysFollies The silent are the strongest.

Some do it without the intent.
Others, with the purpose.
And a lot of bad doers do it for the sake of other own purposes while the ones hurted are side damage.

Some people are just bad karma. They get their kicks doing bad things, or just don't care about others, just themselves.😔

It's a mix of everything you say, there are bad people who seem to be just born that way
FoleysFollies · 51-55, F
@SW-User very interested to hear about what you mean about born that way

@FoleysFollies Ted Bundy for example he grew up in a loving and supportive environment he didn't suffer abuse from anyone, yet he's possibly one of the the most evil and vile serial killers ever

Yes, people that do bad things may have been hurt earlier in their lives. Personally, I can’t condone their negative choices in the aftermath. We can grow or we can succumb to o ur negative experience. It is a choice. If one chooses to be malevolent, then they should suffer the consequences for their actions.

Uh, yes, I know they do.
