Do you believe some people do bad things on purpose?

Or is it because they were hurt to? Excuse the kind of dumbness of my question...not always good with words but trying to come to a decision and any help is appreciated 😊

@FoleysFollies Ted Bundy for example he grew up in a loving and supportive environment he didn't suffer abuse from anyone, yet he's possibly one of the the most evil and vile serial killers ever
