Do you believe some people do bad things on purpose?

Or is it because they were hurt to? Excuse the kind of dumbness of my question...not always good with words but trying to come to a decision and any help is appreciated 😊

Chances are they were hurt too, but more often than not is no excuse.

@FoleysFollies You judge these things according to how things happen over a course of time, along with any info relevant to it, many are just faulty folk trying their not so best, one in a hundred or more you'll come across a stone cold sociopath, be silent towards them and observe.

@SW-User sociopath is something I have thought of and its kind of scary coming from a my best interest sort of perspective...and observing I try pretty hard but the being silent part comes hard if that makes sense
