Do you believe some people do bad things on purpose?

Or is it because they were hurt to? Excuse the kind of dumbness of my question...not always good with words but trying to come to a decision and any help is appreciated 😊

I like the question and i think maybe it starts off because they were hurt and it can be just accidental bad things, but there's a point where they all get to decide to continue and be bad on purpose or change.
