Do you believe some people do bad things on purpose?

Or is it because they were hurt to? Excuse the kind of dumbness of my question...not always good with words but trying to come to a decision and any help is appreciated 😊

Hurt people hurt people. There’s usually a reason, or an understandable origin for something irrational, but that doesn’t mean they couldn’t have made a different decision if they wanted to
