Serious answer: see your doctor about thyroid condition. My sister suffered lethargy and weight gain, tried changing diet, altering sleep schedule, exercise (she even quit her stressful job and took a pay cut to become a teacher.). When she saw her doctor they diagnosed her with low thyroid. They put her on a once a week prescription and within 2 months she was feeling better and her thyroid levels were back to normal. There’s lots we don’t know about hormones and how they affect our physical and mental health. There are serious long term issues related to hormone imbalance. I encourage you to check this out. Good luck.

@tenente Exactly, rule out anything major first. If it's still an issue try adjusting your diet, as the other comments suggest.

Maybe you need to take supplements like B12 or potassium. It might be time to go to a doctor and have some blood work done.
I can relate.

We call that "The hump"

Sugar and 'empty' carbs have been providing your energy... now your body needs to adjust to the new foods as it reprograms itself to use healthier carbs to produce energy.

Give it 10 days... you'll feel and see a difference.

Eat more protein.

Where did your energy go?

I saw the other posts about ruling out physical hormonal issues. That’s good.

Are you seeing a doctor already?

Simple, you're low on carbs. Regardless of what idiots say, you need carbs to build up energy, and you'll burn them in the gym. Also, drink a lot of water.
