Can you relate to this?

So I've joined thr gym, started eating more regularly and healthy.
Cut out biscuits and cake.
But noticing i have no energy.
I get up because i have to but i have no feeling to just keep going.
I feel a lityle dead inside tbh. As soon as i start anything, im falling asleep fairly soon after.

Serious answer: see your doctor about thyroid condition. My sister suffered lethargy and weight gain, tried changing diet, altering sleep schedule, exercise (she even quit her stressful job and took a pay cut to become a teacher.). When she saw her doctor they diagnosed her with low thyroid. They put her on a once a week prescription and within 2 months she was feeling better and her thyroid levels were back to normal. There’s lots we don’t know about hormones and how they affect our physical and mental health. There are serious long term issues related to hormone imbalance. I encourage you to check this out. @tenente Exactly, rule out anything major first. If it's still an issue try adjusting your diet, as the other comments suggest.
