Can you relate to this?

So I've joined thr gym, started eating more regularly and healthy.
Cut out biscuits and cake.
But noticing i have no energy.
I get up because i have to but i have no feeling to just keep going.
I feel a lityle dead inside tbh. As soon as i start anything, im falling asleep fairly soon after.

Simple, you're low on carbs. Regardless of what idiots say, you need carbs to build up energy, and you'll burn them in the gym. Also, drink a lot of water.
