How can I focus more on my work?

First think of some way in which you find it interesting, dont think of it as just another thing to read. Use imagination and make the topic interesting. We tend to remember and recall things more if our interest is more or if we are fascinated by it lol.

That happened to me right before my breakdown. My mind just quit working. It was overloaded. Are you under stress, or perhaps just not interested in what you are reading?

Yeah I have that problem also. Turning in tunes in tha background and turning off social media is my key to being somewhat productive.
