How can I focus more on my work?

It just seems like I keep reading the same paragraph over and over again but I'm not taking anything in. It's rather frustrating. 🙄
Not going on social media is probably one way to stop it. 😅

First think of some way in which you find it interesting, dont think of it as just another thing to read. Use imagination and make the topic interesting. We tend to remember and recall things more if our interest is more or if we are fascinated by it lol.
