Is space fake? Science is divided on the matter, but we need to look at the evidence. 'Scientists' say that the Sun is even bigger than the Earth

and that it is around 1,000,000 miles (1 trillion Miles) away and they say it provides us with heat and light. Well if it is so far away why do we still feel its heat and see the light? The same scientists say that the Moon provides us with coldness and darkness but this is also one trillion miles away...Well, why do we still feel the cold and the darkness?

Sit beside a fire, how far away do you have to go to stop feeling the heat? Open the fridge door, how far away do you have to go to stop feeling its cold?

Certainly not a trillion miles, seems to me we are being lied to. The Sun and the Moon are probably about the same size as a car and are only about 20 miles away otherwise we would not see or feel them.

Thoughts?

Actually, this post is consistent with the findings reported by scientists who analyzed rock samples from one of the Apollo missions.

The one that landed on the Sea of Implausibility.

These so called “scientists” obviously do not have the same learning and powers of observation as you and I, my good sir! All one needs do is take an actual look…you cannot see the entire earth in a single glance, and yet the sun can be easily seen in its entirety! It is therefore obviously much smaller than the earth, but burning very hotly in the upper atmosphere. Otherwise we simply couldn’t feel the heat of it if it were trillion of miles away in “space”.

The same can be said of the moon, casting its coldness on the night and offsetting the heat of the sun.

You, my learned colleeg…coleag…fellow, should publish your findings at once and set the record straight!

@Zaphod42 Sir, I am in awe of your scientific awareness, I hereby award you the acolade...aco...ako..lemon...Er, the award of: 'Skegness Alumni (prestigious) Professor in Creation Science.

Everybody knows that the moon is made of cheese and if the Sun emitted so much heat it would have melted a long time ago. 🙄

I wish we could convince President Trump to make Skegness our 51st state so when he is done you could be president! You'd straighten things out pretty darn tootin' fast, Professor!

@hunkalove Thank you kindly Sir, I already have a new Constitution written.

@AndysAttic And I'll bet it's a doozy!

@hunkalove Rule 1. A free pint and a fry up for every man...Girls get a glass of wine and a fruit cocktail or something. I will discuss the latter with my wife when she starts speaking to me again.

If I had only known this, I wouldn't have wasted 30 years working in the space program. What a fool I was!!!!
The moon does not give off cold or light.

@MsSwan Are you sure Ms Swan? You probably don't feel it as you have your lantern lit.

However, you are right. The Moon gives emits darkness.
SpudMuffin · 61-69, M
@MsSwan it's cold and dark where I am, and guess what's up there in the sky right now?

This might help you understand the complex concepts involved,,.
