Oh the last year of Yahoo answers was a joke.

Suddenly there were things you couldn't ask; certain things you couldn't reply with and nothing to do with the reasons they gave for changing it.

Yahoo answers was good at first. Then the option was added to leave comments on questions, but I think they removed that and said the website was for asking questions only, comments not allowed.

I like SW as the Yahoo answers replacement because you can ask questions and do more, you're not restricted to questions only.

No, I preferred Yahoo Answers. I enjoyed the point system that they used and Polls and Surveys was always a lot of fun. In my opinion, nothing will beat the cool Autumn or Summer nights with the windows open just answering questions and having fun with the community.

Nothing will ever come close to that feeling. I met several people from Yahoo Answers, some of whom I still talk to today.

i prefered yahoo answers back in the day because i had my supporters and followers on there and my posts mostly got answered, where as i don't have that on here.

In some ways it is. In other ways, Y!A was better.

I never tried YA but I got started off on EP then migrated to SW. I like the community here.
