Feta Cheese, tomato, maybe cucumber and maybe some spices that you enjoy. If you let the cheese sit in water a little, it gets softer and can be spread like cream cheese (which is another great option).

Poached eggs are [i]great[/i] on toast.
As a sweet snack, I like to put honey and cinnamon on toast.
