What about conversion the other way? Neither will ever happen.
Matt85 · 36-40, M
Maybe for a while, but then there would be different denominations fighting.

@Matt85 This!

It's apparently obvious since 1948, That Palestine can't govern itself and live peacefully with others. I think it's time for Israel to just take the Gaza strip back and make it one Israel. There will never be a two state solution with vermin like Hamas !
MasterLee · 56-60, M
Lol how about the reverse
Bumbles · 51-55, M
Ask Hamas and Fatah. Lol.
No.
The conflict is not about religion.
It's about having a secure homeland free from persecution.
For both sides.
It's also about freedom, equal rights and opportunities for Palestinians, and the problems of population pressure - a "behavioural sink".

Probably not, But Why would they want to anyway ? Humans are naturally adverse to force and coercion !
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
No! Examples: Kurds against both the Turks and Armenians. The Muslims against the Hindi and the Christians.
I could go on and on and on for over 4,000 years! Not just 3,000. Even Sumerians were religious conquerers 4,000 years ago. Hence the Assyrians and Akkadians.
Anyone of any sanity left the middle East! Like my own family around 2,000 years ago.
The cursades you might ask? They didn't get involved in any way, being settled in eastern Europe and more concerned with the likes of Genghis Khan!
At least no religion involved. 😓
Notable: the family journials were business journals. No mention in the smallest part of religion. I doubt the family would even trade with any church.

War will never end so long as two people have two opinions

1st of all, there's so much more at "Play," here with Good versus Evil, that the region has not seen peace for 1000's of years.
Palestine and Israel are in the midst of a terrorist group "Hamas," who initiated this conflict.

No because they would probably choose the wrong version of Islam. After all the Sunni's, Shiite's and Kurd's all hate each other as well.
Disgustedman · 61-69, M
No because then they would start slaughtering each other I found that you got two factions of Muslims and they hate each other passionately.
I believe it's tight and Sunni Muslims and they are mean, you don't want to get them in the room together.

No. It's a millennia old game of revenge. Not about any socio/religio/political aspirations.
