No! Examples: Kurds against both the Turks and Armenians. The Muslims against the Hindi and the Christians.
I could go on and on and on for over 4,000 years! Not just 3,000. Even Sumerians were religious conquerers 4,000 years ago. Hence the Assyrians and Akkadians.
Anyone of any sanity left the middle East! Like my own family around 2,000 years ago.
The cursades you might ask? They didn't get involved in any way, being settled in eastern Europe and more concerned with the likes of Genghis Khan!
