ABCDEF7 · M Pinned Comment
x(One shoe) = (30/3)/2 = 5
a(Guy) = 5
b(Two ribbons in wrists) = 4
c(Two ribbons in hands) 4
d(wearing shoes) = 10
y(guy with accessories) = a + b + c + d = 23
z = single ribbon = 2
Answer(applying BODMAS) = x + (y x z) = 51

MasterLee · 56-60, M
23

3x = 30 x=10
2y + 10 = 20 y=5
2z + 5 = 13 z=4

Multiplcation before addition

Man is holding ties(2) and half a shoe and only half a tie multiplier.

(10/2)+(5+2+2)×(4/2) =
5 + 9 × 2 =
5 + 18 = 23

23+20 = 43

1 shoe + guy with 2 ribbons and 2 shoes + 1 ribbon

5+ 5 + 4 + 10 + 2 = 26
ABCDEF7 · M
@MasterLee Two ribbons are tied in his wrists also, so total 4 ribbons. And there is multiply sign between guy and ribbon, not a plus sign.
