@4thdimensiondream Even in the script it says that when King Agamemnon pulls his helmet off after killing the minotaur, he is of the appearance of Sean Connery.
NativePortlander1970 · 51-55
@4thdimensiondream Connery took a massive pay cut to be in the movie because he liked that line so much.

@4thdimensiondream Time after time is also very good.
4thdimensiondream · 70-79, M
@CleverGirl HG Welles vs Jack the Ripper. Have t seen it in a long time but yes it was very good.
NativePortlander1970 · 51-55
@CleverGirl The 2000's version sucks.

Still my favorite time travel movie.
I'd have to go with Back to the future with that topic.
If the topic was series, I'd go with seven days

@AllycatAD tell me a little about 7 days please.
@4thdimensiondream I know about because my mom recorded the series for me, it was based on a gov. wing that would do what they called "back step" either go back and prevent an assassination, take out a terrorist ETC, all of that happen in the original timeline
4thdimensiondream · 70-79, M
@AllycatAD sounds very cool. I’ll take a look for it. Thanks!

I am very fond of sci-fi, but was taken with the film Somewhere in Time (1980) where a romance takes place across to time zones - 1980 and 1900s - starring Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour. Not really sci-fi at all but something quite different.
4thdimensiondream · 70-79, M
@FreddieUK that was a good movie.
NativePortlander1970 · 51-55
@FreddieUK One of my mother's favorite movie, in 2017 she went with a friend to that resort.

There's a series adaptation of the Stephen King novel 11/22/63 about a school teacher who travels back in time to stop Kennedy's assassination, which was pretty good.
4thdimensiondream · 70-79, M
@Richard65 I’ve read the book and seen the series. Loved both. I tried to watch the series a second time and got side tracked a few episodes in.
MoveAlong · 70-79, M
I'm a sucker for time travel movies and books. If you haven't seen it I urge you to give Time After Time a look.
4thdimensiondream · 70-79, M
@MoveAlong somebody else mentioned it too. I haven’t watched in years but I really liked it. Great premise!
NativePortlander1970 · 51-55
@MoveAlong That the one with Jane Seymour and Christopher Reeve? A favorite of my mother's.
