No one could sell a one-liner like the late, great Rodney Dangerfield.

My wife and I were happy for 20 years. Then we met.

I told my psychiatrist that everyone hates me. He said I was being ridiculous… everyone hasn't met you yet.

I went to a freak show and they let me in for nothing.

I was watching Back to School recently and decided to look up Rodney on Wikipedia. His real name was Jacob Cohen😃 He began comedy young and wasn't doing too well in clubs. So he decided to come up with an alter ego of sorts.. someone who always put himself down. He said people really loved it , and his comedy took off from there! Those one liners are legend😆
@Coralmist

Who didn't like Rodney?! :D

His 2nd wife was a looker - -

Milton Jones has some good ones too, but they're more silly/innocent aka a different genre of jokes.

Example:
Look! An ancient African city. From the makers of Timbuk One...

@rinkydinkydoink I know him from british panel shows. He has a couple of comedy specials too, but not sure where you can find them.

Let me try... brb

Found this Milton Jones Live - On The Road (64m minutes long) on my main service

@rinkydinkydoink I also recommend Mock The Week, specifically Scenes We'd Like To See (one of the games they had in the series)
Plenty of one liners there, not just from Milton.

The show isn't running anymore and it's based on the current news from the time (in Britain) so not all jokes makes sense anymore, but still worth a watch.
norm McDonald would be gold right now
@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout

Another great - and sadly late - one!
