@Fungirlmmm How very "modern". In my college days I walked around behind the building where a beer-fueled party was taking place and the bathrooms were backed up with long lines. Figured I' d just pee on a bush or whatever -- and there were three young ladies with their pants around their knees, their butts aimed at the building wall, just peeing away with no problem.

Which way is the lady supposed to face when using it? With that bit sticking out, it looks like she should be facing away from the wall, but surely that can't be right?
As for the hygiene issue, I suspect it might be preferable to sitting on a manky toilet seat.
