What's your reason for not making an eye contact while talking with someone face to face?

It's unsettling when someone keeps eye contact with you.

I think a lot of it depends on the conversation being had. If it’s intimate, there should be some eye contact. If it’s a job interview, there better be occasional eye contact. If it’s a drug deal, then maybe there shouldn’t be any eye contact. 😏
