HERE ARE THREE WAYS TO CALM DOWN ANY WOMAN IN ANY ARGUMENT

Number one, tell her, "Calm down, woman."

When you say calm down, it's gonna make her go into the area of her brain that's associated with being calm, so she'll start feeling more calm. And when you say woman, that's very important because it shows them, "Hey, look, I'm the man, you're the woman. I'm in charge. Know your role."

Number two, tell her she's acting just like her mother!

This will help her to zoom out a little bit and start thinking more objectively and say, "Well, wait a second, I am acting like my mother, and I don't wanna act like my mother." So that right there will help get her into a state to start being less argumentative.

Number three, tell her, "My ex would never act like this."

Women are extremely competitive, so if you tell her this, her competitive juices will start kicking in, and she'll say, "Oh, whoa, wait a second, I need to make sure I'm better than his ex." So she'll start performing better than ever.

And lastly, you need to go up to her cause now she's in a perfect position to be able to apologize because she's gonna be more accountable, and you need to say,

"Are you ready to apologize now?" This works like a charm every time.

Let me know how it works for you guys.

well another one is to say “Are you on your period?” When she’s upset about anything. A student worker said this to another student worker at break one time when she was trying to ignore his conversations, he had a crush on her. Oh boy the 💩 really hit the fan then

@cherokeepatti I remember at this one job a bunch of women were being pissy all day and such, I was like. You all on your periods aren't you? I got some flak for that, but since I was a gay I was allowed xD and like 10 minutes later they were like holy crap our periods synchronized dammit! Lol. And then I learned more about periods than I needed
