In all seriousness, grueling office work will do that to many. There’s little time for the gym and making thoughtful decisions concerning their diets.

Sadly, I'm battling this. Beer, overeating, not enough exercise. Everything just gets harder when you are older. You just can't eat like you used to with no consequences.
