As an "older person" I'm a huge fan of Trevor Noah. I like his show, and you really should listen to him read his book "Born a Crime" as an audio book. It's just brilliant. I like Chris Rock and Key & Peele. I also like Jimmy Fallon, especially his musical parodies. Are all these folks millenials??
One form of more recent humor that I can only stomach in small doses is what I call "cringe humor." I stopped watching The Office before it ended because much of the humor was cringey by the end. I couldn't get into fleabag for the same reason.
Fallon sings "Reading Rainbow" in the style of the Doors

Note the authentic Vox Continental organ & Fender Rhodes Piano Bass

Can you remind me what age group millennials fall into. I have forgotten.
No, never mind. It just isnt that important.

It's not their fault, all the good material has been done.

Yes, my mom said that. She was a little bit better at abiding by it , I think, than I have been.

millenials are older people... seriously oldest millenials are 40 years old by now
bijouxbroussard · F
My picks would also be Trevor Noah, and John Mulaney. There may be others I can’t think of at the moment.
@bijouxbroussard i know it isn't Pc, but used to love love love Bill Cosby growing up...and he saved NBC. it crushed me to find out what he really was. George Carlin was Whacky. loved him. i used to have a Flip Wilson record and i watched him faithfully. i never understood Lenny Bruce.
bijouxbroussard · F
@DIABLISS I loved Bill Cosby, too. There was a point in time when if Bill Cosby had died I would’ve felt it as acutely as losing a relative. But in fact discovering he was a predator was even more devastating. 😞
@bijouxbroussard i am there with you

I think Selah and Kalikali are funny as fuck

SW-User
@DIABLISS Was it a video with both someone named Selah and KaliKali in it or did they each have their own separate video?
@SW-User separate videos,
didn't think so...i was hoping to be wrong

@LvChris i can't find anything funny about it at all. those SNL people that keep getting movies and shows...they are not funny! and i am not saying that i don't get there humor because they are from a different time. Jerry Lewis is funny. Monty Python and the holy grail is funny. Young Frankenstein is funny. Blazing saddles is funny. those people are alot older than me.
