It Baffles Me How Many People Here Have No Posts, No "About Me," and Belong To No Forums.

I believe many are alt accounts

Some just don't have much to say. People open up at their own speeds and require support sometimes. Sometimes their life is impacting them. It's not so much a question of interest but capability.

I post many posts to uncategorized >RANDOM,I do have an about me but I don't get many views and most don't bother with it..sw suggests forums and I just pick whatevers closest ,for my purposes

They're just here to PM and send dick pics to folk who don't want them.

There are some, yes.

I'm friends with someone who had never posted, no about me. TBH I almost didn't even give them the time of day when they first messaged me. I was hard on them too about no public presence. But I was polite and engaged in light conversation initially and did get to know them over time in PM.

They may want to connect but they’re fearful. Or they’re lonely. Or both. So they get to be near people in a way they feel safe.

They all seem to be sending me messages. Where's my inspiration for answering?

They might be bots, waiting to learn how to interact and appear real.

I think they are either AI bots or alternate accounts.

I cannot put myself in those shoes, so I could not answer for them. That is not something I understand or would do as you know.

I rarely ever encounter them. If any of those send me a message, it's normally a very short conversation.

They are just in the dms. I realized sw has like a "dark web." The posts are just the surface.
